Welcome To Your Own Science Page....

This page features visual aids to help reinforce your understanding of essential biological and biochemical processes of cells. For each video, try to answer the questions underneath them. Watch them as often as you need to, in order to fully understand the material. Dont forget to visit your Tutorial Keepsakes page. It has all of the maps, charts and diagrams that we completed during our sessions. You can click on your zip code (32837-1) to come right back to this page.

What's In Your Genes???

We are now up to studying Genetics!  It will be fun to explore the ideas that explain how and why we are the way we are.  You have a new page devoted to this topic. It is available for you to view here.   It is loaded with a lot of videos.  Dont get overwhelmed by the vast number of topics addressed in your Genetics page.  Just watch the videos that correspond to the pages in your chapter that discuss each topic.  Each blog post has a specific title to help you figure out which videos you should be watching while reading your textbook.  Your post title are:
  • Blood Types
  • Important Genetics Vocabulary
  • Intro To Heredity, Mendel & Punnett Squares
  • The Dihybrid Cross
  • Understanding Sex-Linked Traits
  • Solving a Genetic Pedigree
If there are any topics that you feel I have overlooked, please let me know.  If you couple your Genetics page with our sessions and practice tests, you should be ready to perform with confidence on your next exam.
Enjoy!!
